This is the Journey!
My name is markisstheheartless or simply Markiss for short (nice to meet all of you). I'll start by saying that this website is my dream come true, and in many ways I am just like you. Chances are that if you are reading this you, much like me have a love for shoes; whether they be Jordans or Nikes, Adidas or Converses, Supras or SB's.
I bought my first pair of Jordans in 1999 (I know, a late bloomer). They were a pair of Carolina Blue XIV Lows and I got them for $50 on Fulton Street. But I loved those shoes to death. That was almost 10 years ago but my love for the game goes way past that...
Chances are like me, you have gone on the sites reading about the next great release, or have stood on line in the cold for a midnight release! These are the ties that bind us. So in a way I do this for all of us. Anyway I'll end this by saying thank you to all of you that said, "we can't," thank you to all of you who walk by and didn't understand us when we waited in line for that next pair. But most importantly thank you to all you sneakerheads out there, keep doing what you’re doing. I followed my dream and hope you all do the same. Enjoy the site!
